Join our upcoming in-person instructor-led pilot for our new Situational Change Leadership^™ course! While this course supports your transformation efforts and a culture of Situational Change Ownership^™ in your organization, your feedback will also be critical in shaping the final program.

This is a free opportunity, but completion of Situational Leadership^®: Building Leaders or Situational Leadership^® Essentials is a pre-requisite. Course Information:

In this course, participants engage with a facilitator and each other in real time to practice, discuss and reflect on the role of the leader in championing change. Through peer learning, video case studies and activities, participants will learn to apply the Situational Change Leadership Process^™ and assess their team’s openness to change for immediate application in the workplace.
