The Center for Leadership Studies (CLS) is seeking a highly detailed and service-centric Account Coordinator to support our Sales team and clients. An Account Coordinator will be responsible for providing positive, effective and proactive customer service by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs. A successful candidate should be highly organized, able to multitask, work cross-functionally across multiple teams and departments and be able to adapt to the dynamic needs that a client-facing role entails.
