The Center for Leadership Studies (CLS) – the global home of the original Situational Leadership^® Model – has been on a long journey, like a penguin, in harsh and changeable environments. CLS is delighted to partner with NovoEd to help create the ultimate habitat for its curriculum and celebrate this partnership with a cocktail party at SeaWorld’s Antarctica Empire of the Penguin Habitat Exhibit during the ATD Conference in Orlando.
