Client Success Representative

The Center for Leadership Studies (CLS) is seeking a Client Success Manager to be responsible for providing positive, effective and proactive customer service by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs. This position performs a variety of sales support services and is under the supervision of the Director of Commercial Operations. Project Manager

The Center for Leadership Studies (CLS) is seeking a Project Manager to oversee all aspects of the project from creating project plans for the product road map, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress and summarizing the current status of project progress at all times.
