Raleigh, NC – April 23, 2020 – The Center for Leadership Studies (CLS) today announced that they will now offer their Situational Leadership® curriculum in retail format for new and experienced leaders to access online, allowing unprecedented access to the Situational Leadership® Model.
In addition, to help companies who want to focus on developing their leaders during COVID-19, for the first time ever, corporate trainers can become certified in Situational Leadership®: Building Leaders remotely, to deliver in-person or virtually. This is the only place that corporate facilitators can become certified to deliver Situational Leadership® virtually across their organization.
Online offerings from CLS include courses designed for managers, as well as individual contributors. Additionally, for organizations that want to provide their employees these online courses, CLS can now deploy them through the organization’s existing learning management system, completely integrating these classes into existing learning paths.
