CLS Research Study

Studies over the past several decades have shown that sustained, deliberate practice is the path toward mastery for nearly any skill. Sometimes leadership development chases this goal, sometimes it doesn’t. So, are leadership development programs creating the right practice opportunities for leaders to master what they’ve learned?

The Center for Leadership Studies (CLS) is partnering with Training Industry, Inc. to conduct a study that will analyze the use of reinforcement as a practice tool and the impact it has on developing leadership skills.
