iSitLead®: Frequently Asked Questions

You will need to download the app from the App Store. After the app installs it will need to be activated with the license number and approved email address.

The app license is case sensitive. Please verify you are using the correct license with your App Store manager or CLS at isitleadapp@situational.com.

Applets included with your iSitLead^® license have video content. When this is the case these videos will appear in both the Media section of the app and each individual applet.

Yes, the license code you are provided is good for up to two devices.

The app can be downloaded on iPhones^® and iPads^® running iOS 8.2 or higher or Android^™ phones. It is not yet supported on Android tablets or computers.

To deactivate the app:

• Go to the HELP screen of app (bottom right tab)
• Tap “App Information” button
• Scroll down in the window to see the “Deactivate this device” button – tap it
• Enter word “DEACTIVATE” in text field
• Hit the “Deactivate this Device” button

After deactivation you can use the new license number/email combination.
