How do I activate my app?
You will need to download the app from the App Store. After the app installs it will need to be activated with the license number and approved email address.
Why won’t my new app accept my license?
The app license is case sensitive. Please verify you are using the correct license with your App Store manager or CLS at email@example.com.
Why are there no videos in the Media section of my iSitLead® App?
Applets included with your iSitLead® license have video content. When this is the case these videos will appear in both the Media section of the app and each individual applet.
Am I able to access the iSitLead® App from multiple devices?
Yes, the license code you are provided is good for up to two devices.
What kind of devices can I access the iSitLead® App on?
The app can be downloaded on iPhones® and iPads® running iOS 8.2 or higher or Android™ phones. It is not yet supported on Android tablets or computers.

How do I deactivate my device when I get a new phone?
To deactivate the app:
- Go to the HELP screen of app (bottom right tab)
- Tap “App Information” button
- Scroll down in the window to see the “Deactivate this device” button – tap it
- Enter word “DEACTIVATE” in text field
- Hit the “Deactivate this Device” button
After deactivation you can use the new license number/email combination.
