The Leading With DiSC® Virtual E-Certification allows trainers to become certified to deliver the course in a virtual modality through a convenient “anywhere, anytime” module. Provided as a self-paced online module, the e-certification provides session-by-session videos and includes knowledge checks after each to gauge content mastery and prime trainers for the final exam at the end of the module.
