Onboarding for Performance goes beyond the typical organizational onboarding approach to help leaders recognize their role in the process and adopt strategies that build a foundation for long-term success and achievement.
Through peer learning, activities and in-depth discussions, participants will learn to apply key strategies to enhance their existing onboarding practices. Participants will develop an onboarding checklist with key touchpoints to establish common language, set expectations for communication and accountability as well as define performance goals and provide regular feedback to support continuous improvement.
