Leading With Emotional Intelligence Certification Workshops
The Leading With Emotional Intelligence certification equips trainers to deliver the course in either the in-person instructor-led or virtual instructor-led modality. The course gives participants an in-depth understanding of the influence emotions have on thoughts, actions and, ultimately, the effectiveness of a leader. By harnessing the power of Emotional Intelligence (EI), leaders can apply these attributes to motivate and engage their teams and increase performance.
- Step 1: Trainers can review a recording of the Leading With Emotional Intelligence workshop in their chosen modality to experience the program as participants
- Step 2: Trainers are guided through the course’s Leader’s Guide and learn how to effectively and accurately deliver the content
- Step 3: Trainers perform teach-back segments of the program and receive feedback from our Certified Master Trainer
