The Situational Conversations™ virtual public workshop teaches participants to drive behavior change by applying Situational Leadership® skills to performance conversations.
The Situational Conversations™ course introduces participants to the Situational Conversations™ Framework, a flexible blueprint for applying Situational Leadership® skills to preplanned and in-the-moment conversations. Leaders learn to acknowledge these ever-changing dynamics and consistently adapt to the needs of the performer.
This live training event enriches and inspires learning through collaboration with the facilitator and peers, as well as polls, discussions and relevant case study videos. During the course, you will also receive valuable resources and job aids to help you apply what you learned back on the job.
