RALEIGH, N.C. — April 10, 2026 — The Center for Leadership Studies (CLS) has announced updates to their Leading With DiSC® course, modernizing the design and delivery to provide a more engaging and seamless learning experience.
This update provides an elevated training opportunity in both the instructor-led (ILT) and virtual instructor-led (vILT) modalities, allowing trainers to flex between them while providing a consistent top-tier learning experience. This refresh of Leading With DiSC® includes a new Welcome video, contemporary visuals streamlined learning journey and a single certification process for facilitating in either modality, enabling smoother delivery and improved usability.
“Working for and with others requires an understanding of people and how our tendencies impact those interactions,” said Suzie Bishop, VP of Product Development. “Harnessing that knowledge and understanding of self and others makes us more effective leaders that get results and fuel engagement.” Bishop further explains that CLS periodically reviews their course lineup to ensure the most relevance and impact today’s leaders need and expect while preserving innovation and high quality.
The 6-hour course applies the synergies between DiSC® and the Situational Leadership® Model, optimizing the leader’s influence approach based on the follower’s DiSC® style. The DiSC® Behavioral Model measures an individual’s dominant behavioral style across four key areas and provides customized insights regarding the learner’s style, strategies for engaging with others and preferred pace and environment. “DiSC® and the Situational Leadership® approach are the perfect pairing to maximize a leader’s influence—whether that’s in the day-to-day or in times of crises or change,” said Maureen Shriver, CEO at CLS. “We’re thrilled to relaunch this course to reach more leaders and organizations, helping them thrive.”
Through the Everything DiSC® Management assessment and profile, discussion and peer learning, participants will develop a deeper understanding of what drives or derails them and others, as well as make intentional adjustments that positively impact their interactions with superiors, co-workers and direct reports.
