Mike Mackie serves as an Executive Coach at The Center for Leadership Studies, where he focuses on helping the next generation of executives master the Situational Leadership® Model to bridge the gap between technical skills and elite behavioral influence. Mike brings a diverse background shaped by elite mentorship, academic rigor and real-world experience.
He spent two years being personally mentored by Marshall Goldsmith—the world’s #1 executive coach—gaining over 2,000 hours of direct exposure to the challenges faced by leaders at the highest level. Mike also holds a Master’s degree in Leadership and Organizational Performance from Vanderbilt University. Prior to joining CLS, he spent over a decade at entertainment industry-leading companies, including Disney, Paramount and Creative Artists Agency.
