In Situational Coaching® for Leaders, learners participate with a facilitator and each other in real time to practice, discuss and reflect on the leader’s role in coaching team members using our exclusive Situational Coaching® Model and four-step process. Through peer learning, video case studies and application, participants learn to meet the coachee where they are with the appropriate amount of support or direction to complete a specific coaching challenge as well as establish trust, stimulate motivation and promote accountability. Note that Situational Leadership® Essentials is a required prerequisite for this program.
