ABOUT THE COURSE

In Situational Leadership® Essentials, participants engage with a facilitator and each other in real time to practice, discuss and reflect on the leader’s role in influencing their followers using our exclusive Situational Leadership® Model and four-step process. Through peer learning, video case studies and application, participants learn to meet the follower where they are with the appropriate amount of support or direction to complete a specific task, whether that’s to maintain development or reverse regression.
