About Suzie

Suzie Bishop is an established leader in workplace education and leadership development, currently serving as vice president of product development at The Center for Leadership Studies (CLS). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media from North Carolina State University. Since joining the team in 2012, Suzie has played a pivotal role in revitalizing the brand, leading award-winning initiatives and driving innovation in experiential learning. A Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) and Stakeholder Centered Coach, Suzie is also a Marshall Goldsmith 100 Coach as well as a Thirty Under Thirty Leader recognized by Elliot Masie. Suzie is the co-author of the books, “Situational Leadership®: The Model for Leading Others, Navigating Change and Unlocking Performance” and, with Marshall Goldsmith, “Match: The Situational Coaching® Approach to Meeting Leaders Where They Are.”
