The Managing Conflict course enables leaders to develop self-awareness and skills that turn potentially destructive conflict into constructive conflict, enhancing the ability to diagnose and respond effectively to conflict situations.
Through discussion, a self-assessment and peer learning, participants discover their and others’ behavioral tendencies during conflict and how to adapt their approach for the best possible outcome. Participants will learn to recognize the signs of disruptive conflict, accommodate different conflict tendencies and apply the conflict management style that best fits the situation.
