📑 New Situational Leadership^® Essentials Profile Design

The Situational Leadership^® Essentials Self and Others profiles will be using an updated design for the languages listed below (samples)

📩 New Profile Queueing for Generate Profiles Page

• Generating Situational Leadership^® Essentials profiles on the Generate Profiles page now uses a queue system. Instead of downloading PDFs (or a .zip) immediately, administrators will receive an email with a download link (valid for 24 hours)
• This change improves reliability and reduces server strain
• The queue only applies when:
  • A Situational Leadership^® Essentials Self or Others Profile is selected
  • And it’s the only profile type selected
• If other profile types are included, or Situational Leadership^® Essentials is not the only profile type, the system will use the original download method
• Note: This queue system applies only to the Generate Profiles page, not to individual user dashboards

🌎 Language & Localization Improvements

• The “Available Languages” messages were removed from some pages (Invite Feedback, Session Setup) and now appear as tooltips on the Generate Profiles page
• Language dropdowns now better restrict available languages based on the selected assessment/profile, preventing mismatches
• Bulk Participant Uploads:
  • If the active session uses a Situational Leadership^® Essentials assessment, uploading a spreadsheet with non-Situational Leadership^® Essentials languages will be blocked with a clear message
  • A version of the upload template limited to Situational Leadership^® Essentials languages is now provided in those sessions
• Edge Case Handling:
  • Switching a session’s assessment from non-Situational Leadership^® Essentials to Situational Leadership^® Essentials will now prompt admins to fix incompatible user language settings
  • Similarly, participants assigned to unsupported languages can’t receive Situational Leadership^® Essentials profiles without adjustment
• Minor fix: Japanese Situational Leadership^® Essentials Profile typo corrected

✨ Design & Interface Enhancements

• User Dashboard & Assessment Screens:
  • Refreshed colors, fonts, and UI in line with CLS branding
  • Improved layout and spacing by removing outdated graphics and side panels
  • Cleaner checkbox controlsand dashboard layout
• General UI Updates:
  • Login and reset password pages improved
  • Updates applied across multiple pages: Generate Profiles, Advanced Profiles, Session Setup, Reminder Editor
  • Legacy icon buttons replaced with cleaner modern icons
• New Feature: A “Site Updates” popup will now inform participants of major changes (only shown once per update)
• FAQ Page: Refreshed design; now visible only to English-language logged-in participants
• Admin Navigation Adjustments:
  • To avoid navigation confusion, the site menu is now hidden on the FAQ, Change Password and Reset Password pages
  • A “Back to Site” button has been added to these pages to return to the appropriate dashboard
