Raleigh, NC – September 4, 2025 – The Center for Leadership Studies (CLS) announced it has2025 Choice Awards Badge been recognized as a 2025 Training Magazine Network Choice Awards Winner in the Leadership Development Category—the only award program in the industry based solely on crowd-sourced input.

“This year’s voting was our most vigorous to date, with more than 13,300 votes for nearly 250 providers. The best-of-the-best were clearly identified by their high rankings based on the effectiveness of their tools, platforms and services,” notes Training magazine Editor/Publisher Lorri Freifeld. “These provider organizations are standouts for their customer care, innovation and training solutions that truly optimize, engage and prepare learners. We’re excited to recognize their stellar accomplishments and dedication to fostering training excellence.”

The Leadership Development category recognizes programs that build the skills, mindset and resilience today’s leaders need to thrive. From emerging managers to senior executives, these initiatives reinforce the leading theories, while offering practical, high-impact learning experiences that foster growth, accountability and strategic thinking. This category honors efforts to not only develop individual leaders and overall performance but also have a focus on strengthening organizational culture to empower everyone’s long-term success.

“This award is especially meaningful to us because it wasn’t decided by a panel—it was decided by the very people we work for and with every day,” Maureen Shriver, CEO of The Center for Leadership Studies, says. “To be recognized by the community we aim to serve is the highest compliment we could receive and tells us we’re making the right kind of impact.”
