Path to Partnership

  • Introduction: If you have not already done so, contact us and speak to a Senior Account Executive to learn about partnering with CLS
  • Discovery: Sign an NDA and start in-depth discussions to align on mutual partnership criteria, benefits and values
  • Partnering: Enter a legal agreement outlining mutual details, e.g., roles and responsibilities, rights and obligations, terms, etc
  • Onboarding: CLS offers a comprehensive support journey to ensure your success in our partnership. This includes course certification, purchasing resources, operational processes, marketing resources and more
  • Launch: CLS provides an extensive marketing toolkit to support the launch of our partnership with your clients. Once training is complete, we will assist you in announcing the partnership and scheduling your first training sessions
  • Ongoing Support: After you have launched, we will continue to support you. While you will have a high degree of autonomy, we will have regular check-ins and partner events to ensure that you are fully equipped to continue training Situational Leadership® content and are informed of new offerings for your clients
