The Center for Leadership Studies Announces Five New Translations Across Four Modalities for Situational Performance Ownership™

Cary, NC – October 31, 2024 – The Center for Leadership Studies (CLS), the global home of the Situational Leadership® Model, announces the release of five new translations across four modalities for their best-in-class Situational Performance Ownership™ program. The Situational Performance Ownership™ course maintains consistent learning objectives and outcomes across all modalities—and now in multiple languages: English (United States), Chinese (Simplified), French (European), French (Canadian), German (European) and Spanish (Latin America).

All translations meet the same premium criteria as the English course and are available across the four modalities: in-person instructor-led training, virtual instructor-led training, digital blended and self-paced. Translated materials include participant materials and sustainment resources as well as the course presentation and videos with translated on-screen visuals and captions. Due to The Center for Leadership Studies’ commitment to inclusivity, the Situational Performance Ownership™ course is WCAG 2.0 A compliant across all translations. No matter where your company is based, The Center for Leadership Studies can support your global training needs.

“Personal accountability and ownership have never been more important in the workplace. This wave of Situational Performance Ownership™ translations demonstrates our commitment to equipping employees with the skills to play an active role in their success and engagement,” said Maureen Shriver, CEO at The Center for Leadership Studies.

A study by Microsoft revealed that 87% of employees feel highly productive, yet only 12% of managers agree that their employees are highly productive, representing a significant gap in performance expectations. The Situational Performance Ownership™ course empowers the base of the organization to quickly align on expectations, allowing them to develop autonomy faster and contribute to organizational goals more quickly.

“All employees are a part of the leadership process and responsible for getting what they need from a leader to be successful. This course enables team members to do just that, and these translations extend the reach of the transformative impact of the Situational Leadership® approach,” said Suzie Bishop, Vice President of Product Development at The Center for Leadership Studies.
