While we offer several solutions catered specifically to individual contributors, we encourage newcomers to begin with the Situational Performance Ownership® course. This course teaches individuals how to take ownership over their own development through using Situational Leadership® practices to diagnose and communicate their needs with their leader. Once they have a solid foundation to build from, individual contributors can develop more specific leadership skills with our additional courses, allowing them to become well-rounded, competent leaders.
