Developing Mid-Level Managers

Our path for experienced managers begins with a strong foundation of the Situational Leadership® Model and continues with a deep dive into application, focused on performance coaching, leading teams and leading change.

The Situational Leadership® Model provides middle managers with the skills they need to:

  • Align on the specific task
  • Provide support and direction to drive development
  • Assess an individual’s performance needs
  • Manage development and regression
  • Deliver performance feedback

However, developing middle manager skills can look different at every organization. We work with organizations to understand their goals and challenges before crafting a personalized leadership development journey. We can then build on these skills with additional courses as needed.
