In addition to spearheading our research initiatives, Sam Shriver has designed, developed and delivered over 200 custom leadership development programs. Recognized as a respected thought leader, trusted advisor and accomplished author, Sam brings an insightful approach to developing leaders. Deeply inspired by his team’s unwavering commitment to delivering transformative learning experiences, Sam hopes to reintroduce the Situational Leadership^® Model to the next generation of leaders, helping them build meaningful impact in their organizations. 
 
Sam has over 45 years of experience with the Situational Leadership^® Model, executive coaching, human behavior and leadership development. A frequent contributor to industry publications, Sam also co-authors a leadership column with Marshall Goldsmith for Training Industry Magazine and publishes regular blogs, white papers and articles on emerging trends in learning and development. His work has been recognized by Bernsin, Brandon Hall and the Association for Talent Development. Sam is currently co-authoring a new book with Suzie Bishop titled, “Situational Leadership: The Model for the Moment.”
